The Westerly 60 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW-|) of the Southwest Quarter ($w|) of the Southeast Quarter/(S £ i) was first excepted for public highway in the deed from H, Jt* Woodard to Charles Weingert which deed was dated July 7, 1922 ahd recorded July 26, 1922 in Book 9 of Deeds, page 8, Clark County, Nevada records. The records fail to disclose an easement to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company or a dedication to the City for said 60 feet, and there is no record of any conveyance by Woodard on this parcel in question.
