Commissioner Bates moved that Warrant No. 1017-1 in the sum of $4,000.00 made payable to Kauffman and Jensen being partial payment on the swimming pool excavation be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Commissioner Baskin moved that the City Manager receive $650.00 per month as salary for the year 1947.
