LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY '4 RESOLUTION Cohen CLD 16123 On notion duly made and seconded) it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary P. A. Schmitz in executing Las Vegas Land and water Company L. S« Deed Audit No. 6224, bearing C. L. D. No. 16123 dated November 11, 1968, conveying, for a valuable consideration, to Julian and Henrietta Cohen, husband and wife, that certain parcel of land situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, said parcel containing approximately 5.8 acres, being all of Lot 2, Block 21 of Tract No. 1343, recorded In Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, records of said County, excepting from said parcel all minerals and mineral rights without right of surface entry, as reserved by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles as Trustees, under the will of August V. Handorf, deceased, in a deed recorded June 13, 1961 in Book D-1250, page 930, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, said property conveyed subject to: 1. Easement for railroad purposes granted to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, recorded in Book D-2623, page 580, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California.
