In making the round of the town yesterday, I found in two places where I had cut off water that it has Been rurned on agai n; and we xaust have some means of locking a cut-off when the water has once been cut off. The cut-off locks which I brought from your office when last in the city, will work all right if of a larger size. The ones I have are Mo. 7, The Safety Meter Lock Company, Columbus, Ohio, and are intended and will ift only half-inch cut-off cocks. We must have some both for t lire e-fourths and inch cut-offs. Will you kindly see that these are shipped to me as soon as poss ible. Yours truly, Agent
