Messrs. Clark, Cahlan, end Grant are of course anxious to olose the deal in order to show their good faith with the FHA. Under the drowsetancas could you consistently wire or airmail a commitment on behalf of cur company, that the sale will be made to these gentlemen as soon as the details are ironed out.
