Dear Sir: In connection with the transfer of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company facilities to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, we enclose herewith the following: 1. Original of Title Policy No. LV 35569 of Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company. 2. Original of Report of Easements and Water Company to Las Vegas Land We should like to call to your attention one typographical error in instrument number 2 deposited under the Escrow Instructions. On Page 3 of Exhibit A thereof, there was a document listed 229054; in fact this number should be 229854 and the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company have changed all records to reflect the correct number. We enclose our Safekeeping Receipt Nos. 83639/40 covering certain sealed parcels of legal documents deposited with us by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company for the account of the Water District. We have not yet received from the County Recorder the various recorded documents to which the District is entitled; as promptly as they are at hand, we shall forward them to you. In the meantime, we have discussed with the Las Vegas Land and Water Company the subject of completing a statement of the various escrow costs and pro-rations under the Escrow Instructions. They are agreeable to waiting for this statement until such time as the purchase price adjustment fund is determined. We trust this will be agreeable with y ase advise. CDB:acr cc - Mr. McNamee & C .
