The renewal premium for the Package policy will be between $9,500.00 and $9,750.00, This policy provides the following coverages; A. $1,600,000.00 on the Building. ? 3. Loss of Income coverage for an amount of $100,000.00. C. Coverage on the Exterior Sign for an amount of $20,000.00. D. General Liability coverage is provided with a $2,000,000.00 limit for the building and all activities of the Welfare Federation, including the various parcels of vacant land owned in Nevada and other states. E. Employee Dishonesty coverage with a limit of $50,000.00. P. Coverage on your EDP Hardware with a limit of $50,000.00, on EDP Software with a limit of $5,000.00 and on Extra Expense for a limit ot $5,000.00. 2. Liability coverage is provided tor Non-Owned and Hired Autos. This coverage is with a $1,000,000.00 Combined Single Limit ?or Bpdily Injury and Property Damage. The renewal premium will oe $100.00. An Umbrella policy with a $1,000,000.00 limit is in excess of the General Liability and Auto Liability rates. This will have a renewal cpst of $900-00. 4. The Directors & Officers' Liability coverage with a $1,000,000.00 limit expires as of the same data. We need to have a new applicatIon to confirm the renewal premium for this, but it has been unchanged for the last several years and we presume tha: it will not change this year. This premium should be $3, 27S.OO. We do need to have the Directors & Officers' application returned. We can bind coverage in the interim. Enclosed is a letter which we received today confirming that Ronnie is covered under this policy if this has been done by Amendment to the Bylaws. That has been initiated and she will be covered.
