She Water Company may shut off water, without notice for the purpose of making repairs or extensions. 9. She water company may install a meter for any com-sumer at any time it may desire and thereafter require such consumer to pay for water service at meter rates, instead of flat monthly rates* Any consumer, may upon 30 days’ notice, require the Water Company to install a meter, and after the installation of the same pay for water service at meter rates, instead of flat monthly rates* Any meter installed at the consumer’s request shall he installed hy the Water Company at actual cost hut at the expense of the consumer requesting same* And the Company may demand that the estimated cost of such meter and installation he advanced hy the consumer before the same is installed* 10. All meters shall he properly tested when first installed and must register correctly* The Water Company may at any time test and repair meters at its own expense. Upon demand of a consumer the Water Company shall test the meter of such consumer and if the same is found to register incorrectly shall repair the same or replace the same with one that does register correctly at consumer's expense, hut if such meter is found to register correctly, the later Company may charge #5.00 for making “?—6—
