It: seems apparent that, notwithstanding the above, Mr. Fong has again contacted Mr. Allen with the result that Mr. Allen has written me the attached letter* The first paragraph of Mr. Allen’s letter quotes Rule 8, which reads as follows: "All service lines extending from mains to property lines and proper shut-off shall be installed, main­tained and owned by Water Company.H He then goes on to state that Mr. Fong should be advised that: a 3/**~ inch tap and 50 ft. of service line would cost him $5> or a 1-lnch tap and 50 ft. of service line would cost him $20.
