M r. Wm. R e in h a r d t-3 - and indicated that since he was in no hurry for water service, he would wait until Mr. Allen again returned to Las Vegas about the 26th or 2?th, at which time he suggested that possibly the three of- us could reach an agreement. It: seems apparent that, notwithstanding the above, Mr. Fong has again contacted Mr. Allen with the result that Mr. Allen has written me the attached letter* The first paragraph of Mr. Allen’s letter quotes Rule 8, which reads as follows: "All service lines extending from mains to property lines and proper shut-off shall be installed, maintained and owned by Water Company.H He then goes on to state that Mr. Fong should be advised that: a 3/**~ inch tap and 50 ft. of service line would cost him $5> or a 1-lnch tap and 50 ft. of service line would cost him $20.
