I agree.Los Angeles - July 13, 1943 Mr. J. P. Mack: (OC - Mr. G. 0. Fish) Under our previous authorisation for additional water facilities at Las Vegas we proposed to construct certain pipe lines from new Well Mo. 11 to the present reservoir, involving 2,000* of 20”, 3200* of 16”, and about 200* of other sites of pipe. At that time we proposed to oontraot the excavation, but the Maintenance employes demanded the work of laying the pipe line. Now we have a new project superseding the original one and Involving approximately 13,000 lin, ft. of 24” and some ml seel'* laneous lengths of other sites. We propose to oontraot the exoavation as previously arranged, and X would like to be advised if the Maintenance employes will demand that they be given the work of laying the pipe and whether you are in position to furnish the men to do the Job. m W m Strong
