called "Subdividers", covering construction by this Company of 2760 feet of water mains, being extension to serve Vega Verde Addition to the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, at estimated cost of $4,859.00 ($2,209.00 for materials and $2,650.00 for labor); Subdividers to pay to the Company* $2,209.00 at the time of execution of said agreement, and $2,650.00 upon arrival at Las Vegas of necessary material for said ex­tension and upon demand of the Company; said Subdividers to furnish necessary right-of-way and ease­ment from owners of said Addition; Company to pay to Sub­dividers monthly for period of ten years 50^ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Vega Verde Addition; said water mains so installed to be the property of the Com­pany; it being further provided that should actual cost of said installation exceed estimated cost, Subdividers will pay excess to the Company, and if said actual cost is less than estimated cost, Company to pay Subdividers the difference; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assist­ant Secretary Rigdon in executing on behalf of this company easement (LVL&W Contract Audit No. 10113), dated February 7, 1941, granting to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company right-of-way for spur track to serve warehouse constructed by LVL&WCo. and leased to General Motors Sales Corporation, Boyle Avenue and Leonis Blvd., Vernon, California; be, and -13-
