Gilbert I. Benson, Dorothy Neilson and Madgo M. Benson, copartners doing business under the firm name and stylo of “Citrus Fruit Growers", and notifying said Exchange to disregard said Assign­ment and Notice of Assignment; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, lease Audit No. 9964, dated December 21, 1938, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Citrus Fruit Association of Ontario, Lessee, covering fruit packing house and premises, located at San Antonio Avenue and State Stroct, Ontario, California, was assign­ed under Audit No. 9964-4 to Citrus Fruit Growers; and WHEREAS, under date of May 5, 1941,. A. J. Neilson, Gilbert I. Benson, Dorothy Neilson and Madge M. Benson, Co­partners, doing business under the firm name and style of Citrus Fruit Growers, assigned to LVL&WCo. all moneys which would be payable to said Co-partners under the torms of that certain agree­ment, entitled “Compact for Mutual Indemnity against Loss by Fire of Packing House Properties of Corporations or Persons Affiliated with the California Fruit Growers Exchange”: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing jointly with said Citrus Fruit Growers “Notice of Assignment", dated May 5, 1941, addressed to said Exchange, notifying 3aid Exchange of the as­signment by said Citrus Fruit Growers to said Land Company of all moneys which would have been payable to 3aid Citrus Fruit Growers under the torms of said Compact, and requesting said \ -4-
