On June 18, 1956, we transmitted proof of completion of work under the above permit, which was received and filed June 22, 1956. I assume your file contains all information necessary to complete and execute the enclosed Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use, Please note that the same should be executed before a Notary Public and when this is done, kindly return the enclosed to me so that I may file the same with the State Engineer.
