I would lik e very much, i f you approve, to take the r e ­quest in person and present i t to Shaughnessy and the Board, and b eliev e Connolly and I could leave here on Saturday morning, drive to Ca rson C ity and do t h i s , r e ­turning Monday, and I am hoping th at personal presenta­tio n of th is request for in crease in water r a te s and a lso explanation of a l l conditions which apply, w ill have a very great bearing on g e ttin g quick r e s u lts . Would not care to leave here under any c i r ­cumstances, should the Auditing Committee contemplate being here on those d ates, August 18th , 19th or 20th, but i f n ot, believ e i t would be a wise move to carry out the plan above outlined.
