Mr. Saxton stated thatthe Health Department would watch the situation very carefully and withhold Certificate of Occupancy until the lines had been cleared up. I then told Mr. Saxton that we would also watch the situation, and in the event anyone moved into above mentioned 14 homes, we would Immediately close the line off— to which he agreed.
