g g Los Angelas, September 15, 1952 Mr. W. H. Johnson: (cc - Mr. Wm. Reinhardt) In connection with our conversation concerning modification of existing Water Company tariffs relative to cement mix: . I discussed with Mr. Reinhardt the question of a- mending the tariff to provide some relief from the refrigeration plant problem, and he suggested that you discuss with some of the most severe critics the matter of having a charge for six months of the year and no charge for the other six months of the year. If that seems to be satisfactory, will you arrange to amend the tariff at the same time we amend the cement mix tariff. I discussed this refrigeration question with Mr. Cory in Garson City, who stated that Mr. Allen had brought it up and stated that he had had numerous complaints and would probably set that question for hearing at the time he sets the hearing on the general investigation. If possible I should like to have this question settled before the hearing on the general investigation and I think it might be possible to do it along the lines above suggested. 2 . S. Bennett /
