D„ No* 10517-14 dated August 31, 1967 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Elkins Company* a partnership, covering lease of sites for advertising signboards at Yermo, San Bernardino County, California, extending term of agreement Contract Audit 10551, to and including August 31, 1972 at rental of $50*00 per annum, payable annually, terminable on thirty days notice by either party, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T* E» Hammill in executing termination rider C* L. D* 15357-1 dated November 9, 1967 terminating agreement Contract Audit 10997, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Pitman Manufacturing Company, covering lease of site for storage purposes at City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, termination effective January 1, 1968, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed* On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T* E* Hammill -3-
