Campbell, Presi­dent of the Las Vegas Valley Mater District two executed originals and some unsigned copies of the revised propos al, dated January 31, 1953, of the District to purchase the water production and distribution system at Las Ve­gas, Nevada, together with the original of an agreement designated as Exhibit "A" and a print designated as Ex­hibit "A-lV dealing with the relocation and removal of pipe lines and wire lines and the granting of easements for substitute pipe lines. I have checked the proposal and the two exhibits mentioned and find them to be Satisfactory and substan­tially in accord with the documents which I have previ­ously furnished the attorney for the District as being documents which would be acceptable to our companies. The Exhibit "A” and its attached print which were received by me from the District were not in final form because the agreement Exhibit "A" contained in rough draft form an insert in Section 1 which' I had requested the District to make and a few typographical errors.Al­so I have arranged to have the print Exhibit "A-l" re­duced in size. I have sent to the President of and attorney for the District copies of Exhibit "A" in final form and the print Exhibit "A-l" with the request that the Dis­trict furnish me with a letter authorizing us to at­tach to lb he original of the proposal Exhibit "AM and Exhibit- ”A-ln in their final form. In their final form these exhibits are identical in substance with the ones accompanying the revised proposal of the District received by mej therefore I think it would be proper for you to submit the revised proposal and Exhibit ”'A" and Exhibit 'fA-lM in final form to Hr. Stoddard for his consideration. According­ly I enclose two signed originals and one copy of the revised proposal of January 31, 1953, to which have been attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "A-l" In their final form.
