Mr, W, R. Rouse 2f- May 1, 1953 iod, January 1, 1952, to September 1, 1952, for additions and betterments to or extensions of the water production and distribution facilities at Las Vegas and which additions and betterments were completed prior to September 1, 19525 (a| a similar statement with respect to various work orders of the said companies with respect to which work was under construction but not completed on September 1, 1952. This statement should separate the amounts expended under such work orders which we deem to be included within the basic purchase price and those expenditures which we consider should be added to the basic purchase price. (3) A statement of new work orders for additions and betterments or extensions initiated by any of the said companies subsequent to September 1, 1952. This statement should show the capital expenditures made under such work orders subsequent to September 1, 1952,and up to a current date to be selected by the Auditor. It will be ray purpose to give copies of these statements to the District so that we can settle any differences of opinion while the contract is being drafted.
