I agree.ho Feb. 88, 1904. Mr. C. 0. Whitteraore, General Attorney, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dear Sir; X have yours of the 19th instant enclosing letter of the 10th from Ur.Bracken in regard to leasing the Xeil Ranch to Mrs.Bishop, and also enclosing form of lease which you have prepared for my approval and signature. I have forwarded two copies of this lease to Dr.Bracken with ray letter of to-dayf a copy of which I enclose herewith for your information. I have instructed Dr.Bracken when this lease is executed by Mrs.Bishop to hand her one copy and return the other one to me for our files, as we file all such documents with our Auditor for our records. I presume you have a duplicate of this lease in your files, wnich will answer any purpose for which you may have occasion to refer to it. Very truly yours. enc.
