    Gilbert, Corradetti and Krause; " Not Guilty", None; On the Seventh charge and specification the vote was: "Guilty", Commissioners Ronnow, Gilbert, Corradetti and Krause; " Not Guilty", None; On the Eighth charge and specification the vote was: "Guilty", Commissioners Ronnow, Gilbert, Corradetti and Krause; " Not Guilty", None. By their as aforesaid, the City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada have unanimously sustained all of the charges filed against the accused , Mayor John L. Russell, and accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, by the said Board of City Commissioners of said City, that John L. Russell, Mayor of said City, is guilty of the acts charged and specified in the written charges filed herein, and that said acts constitute " incompetency, malconduct, malfeasance and nonf- eanse in office", under Section 12, Chapter 11 of the Charter of the City of Las Vegas, Clark county, Nevada, and therefore cause for the removal from his said office of Mayor, of the said John L. Russell, under the provisions of said Section; THAT the said John L. Russell be, and he is hereby removed from the Office of Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and that said Office be, and it is hereby declared to be vacant from and after the 12th day of May, 1941; and it is further ORDERED that this Judgment and Order be filed by the City Clerk of said City, and that the substance thereof be entered in the Minutes and Records of the acts of the Board of City Comm­issioners of said City, by said City Clerk. Vote Commissioners Ronnow, Gilbert and Corradetti and Mayor Pro Tem Krause voting aye. Noes, none. Thereupon the meeting recessed until Friday the 16th day of May 1941 at the hour of seven thirty P.M. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CITY OF LAS VEGAS CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA, MAY 16th, 1941. Minutes of a recessed regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas Clark County Nevada held on the 16th day of May 1941 at the hour of seven thirty P.M. Present Mayor Krause, Commissioners Gilbert and Corradetti, City Attorney and Clerk. Absent Commissioner Ronnow. On motion of Commissioner Gilbert seconded by Commissioner Corradetti it was moved and carried that Warrants Nos. 512 to 520 be allowed and that Mayor Krause and Clerk sign the same. Vote Commissioners Gilbert and Corradetti and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. No further business appearing before the Board at this time on motion of Commissioner Gilbert seconded by Commissioner Corradetti it was moved and carried that this meeting recess until Saturday the 17th day of May, 1941 at the hour of ten o'clock A.M. Vote Commissioners Gilbert and Corradetti and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. There upon said meeting recessed until Saturday the 17th day of May, 1941 at the hour of ten o'clock A.M.
