September 30, 1953 CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING TO: SHIRLEY BALLINGER, CITY CLERK Las Vegas, Nevada A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada is hereby called to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, on the 30th day of September, 1953 at the hour of 7.30 P.M. to consider the following matters: 1. Public Hearing on the appeal of the Desert Palm Trailer Court of the denial of their application for additional 80 units to the trailer court at 200 Owens Avenue# 2. Gaming applications for 4th Quarter of 1953 3. Liquor applications for 4th Quarter of 1953 4. Request for 15 additional parking meters. 5. Applications for license in condemned buildings. 6. Request of Alfred Ripps, Mike's Liquor Store for an extension of time for demolition or repair of building at 106 Fremont. 7. Request of Lester Goldring for extension of 90 days for demolition or repair of building at 108 Fremont. 8. Civil Service Recommendations. 9. Award of Bid N o. 53.30, Fire Truck. 10. Service & Material Warrant Nos. 50l4l and 50172 11. Request for release of cash bond on Morning View Heights Tract No. 1 12# Request of Norman Helgeson for permission to build over a sewer easement# TO: C.D. BAKER, Mayor and to WENDELL BUNKER, REX A.
