N eith er the C on tractor's Public L i a b i l i t y Insurance nor the C on tracto r's Property Damage Insurance h erein provided fo r s h a ll p ro te c t the Contractor or any subcontractor against claims on account o f in ju rie s to or deaths o f persons or damage to property caused by teams, automobiles, trucks and other v e h ic le s o f the Contractor and any subcontractor or the loa d in g or unload­in g th e re o f unless the accident occurs on the premises used by the Contractor and/or subcontractor in the conduct o f the work to be performed under th is con tra ct. The Contractor s h a ll cooperate w ith the rep resen ta tive o f the Insurance Company in the handling o f a l l insurance d e ta ils and rep o rtin g o f accidents and s h a ll see th at a l l such sub­con tractors do lik e w is e . Upon making any subcontract w ith any subcontractor, the C ontractor s h a ll g ive immediate w ritte n n o tice th e re o f to the Engineer o f the Owner and to the Insurance Company designated by the Owner, and in such n o tice s h a ll s p e c ify , among other th in g s, the lim its o f C o n tra cto r’ s Public L i a b i l i t y Insurance and Con­t r a c t o r 's Property Damage Insurance agreed upon between the Con­tr a c to r and such subcontractor. Any a d d itio n a l insurance d esired by the Contractor or any subcontractor must be secured at the expense o f the Contractor and such subcontractor. 10. Transportation o f Men, M aterials and Equipment In a d d ition to paying the Contractor the con tract p r ic e , the Owner s h a ll ( 1 ) bear the co st o f tran sportin g to and from the work any and a l l o f it s operated lin e s o f r a ilr o a d , the o f f ic e r s , agents, lab orers and other employes o f the C ontractor a c tu a lly requ ired on the work; (S) bear the co st o f tran sportin g from any p oin t on i t s operated lin e s o f r a ilr o a d , a l l m aterial used by the Contractor f o r the con stru ction o f the work and w i l l d e liv e r the same to the Contractor on cars at the nearest s id in g to the place o f work.
