^ in executing letter agreement, dated October 1, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W« J. Rhoads, covering the construction and laying of approximately 8,040 ft. of cast iron water pipe and connections, including 6,150 ft. in H.F.M.& M. and Valley View Additions, 1,100 ft. in Las Vegas Development Traet and Mayfair Tract No. 1, and replacing 350 ft, of 4tt Cl water main with 6” main in Ogden Street, between 10th and 12th Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $11,600.00, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond and premium on public liability insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing grant deed, NLD 1019, dated October 2, 1943, from LVL&WCo. to Leonard J, Mossey and Christie E. Mossey, his wife, conveying Lots 5 and 6, Block 25, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, together with five-room house thereon (khown as 609 South Third Street), Las Vegas, Nevada, purchased under lease with privilege of purchase, C. A. No. 10068, dated July 1, 1940; consideration $>10.00 and other valuable consideration; subject to all taxes and assessments now due or to become due on said property and to all restrictions and reservations of record; excepting and reserving to Land Company coal, oil and mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
