Los Angeles, Jan 29, 1940. 9215 Mr. Walter R* Bracken: Your letter of January 12, file W 18-6-2. I am attaching hereto tabulations relative this report, which are not complete. These are being sent to you for the information we do not have, viz. Production figures of Wells and Springs* f© have no record of wier readings since the 1938 annual report rendered, j i n s u r a n c e and taxes. If you can supply these figures we will complete this statement and furnish same to you. w ’ ^ou will notice that we have eliminated the value // \ °f ’fck© 16" Wood Stave Line and have substituted therefor the / )\ value of the new 16n Cast Iron Line which was constructed 'i$f; (\under W 0 14Q2. Inasmuch as an item charging 4 per-cent of the total investment is included in cost of producing water, do not believe it would be.proper to charge to operating expenses the retirement of the wood stave line.
