And I believe that there has been testimony that certaii) pipe lines were installed by the Water Company and restrictions taken off, and your troubles sort of faded away. A. At my home, I noticed a considerable improvement after restrictions were lifted. Q. Mr. Jameson, have you any view with respect to the in­stallation of water meters in this city, and what the effect would be upon conservation, or anything else? A. I have never lived in a city where meters were installed I have lived in Las Togas most of my adult life, and only from what data X have heard through my contacts with people, is the only information I have of meters.
