Hirsch Subject: Xerox Machine Use In order to comply with the attached memo from Mr. Danner!s office, we are forwarding to you a key for the control switch of the general office Xerox machine and key for the Receptionist enclosure. You are requested to furnish these keys to a responsible person on your staff who should be instructed to turn off Xerox machine and lock it after each use except between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 noon and 1 p.m0 and 5 p.m. The door to the Receptionist enclosure should be closed and locked between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m. except when emergency requires the use of the Xerox machine.
