% Laa Vegas - March 12, 1954 Mr. David S. 3rlght 6535 Wilshire Soulevard Los Angeles 48, California Dear Mr* Brights In reply to your letter of March 11, 1954, we are happy to furnish the following Information as shown in our records: Beginning January 1, 1948, Water Service Account No. 6149 at 1235 South 9th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, was carried in the name of D. E. Bright, who was shown on our records as the owner of that property. Our records further indicate this account was transferred to a Mrs. Shelvy L. Bass as of April 9, 1952. The rates for water service during the period indicated were as follows: January, 1948 thru August, 1951 - |2,00 per month September, 1951 thru April, 1952- |2,55 per month Our records show no unpaid balance for the period indicated.
