Dear sir: Your letter January 24th, regarding proposed contract with Biltmore Homes Inc., covering installation of water mains. Contract has been revised, In line with Hr. Sennett1s suggestion to require delivery of easement for lines before refund is made, and am returning herewith duplicate originals and two extra copies* We have also Indicated on map attached size of proposed lines, as suggested.
