She annexation of the balance of the Youth Sown area has now been approved by the City Commission, as you will note from City Manager*s letter even date, Copy attached. Sills area la now without water, and the City requests that we serve them, Bo you see any objection to our providing them with a connection from the Sunrise water main in advance of formal publication in the newspaper of this annexation?
