Bennett: Under W 0-584 we installed a 6-inch cast Iron line for the Catholic School here under the usual provisions of hale 9-A. the School la located in Block 12, Ladd*s Addition* After the line was constructed, applications were received for 2 "off-line- connections across the street to Block 11, immediately north of the School. Being a Public Utility we were, of course, obliged to grant then the connections and are now serving water to: H. 0. Schultz - Lots 17 and g 0. f. Sense - Lots and 14 Father L&mbe maintains that Inasmuch as the water sain was installed at his expense, it is no more than right that the revenues from these two services should also be included in his refunds. The way the agreement is worded, "N- L. B. 1993* it appears that he Is right. However, 1 shall appreciate your opinion on this subject. A. M. Folger
