On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted; WHEREAS, LVL&WCo., called '’Company”, and Federal Development Co., called '’Subdivider'', entered into agreement, "N”L.D0 2427, Audit No. 10571, dated January 29, 1951, cover­ing construction of approximately 2000 ft. of 6" water main and 1090 ft,, of 8” water main in Tract #1, Westleigh Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; and WHEREAS, said parties desire to amend aforesaid agreement to cover the installation as actually constructed; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing supplemental agreement, "N"L0D. 2427-2, dated March 19, 1952, between said parties, providing; 1 = That Section 1 of Article I of said agreement Audit No. 10571 be amended to provide that Subdivider, at its expense, construct 1772 ft. of 6 ” water main, 1109 ft„ of 8" water main, and approximately 102 ft. of 6" cast iron fire hydrant connections, at agreed cost of fill, 590.90, exclusive of cost of construct­ing said fire hydrant connections; 2 - That Section 2 of Article I of aforesaid agree­ment Audit No. 10571 be amended to read, as follows; ’’Said water mains and fire hydrant con­nections shall be constructed of 6" and 8" =9-
