On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N"L.D. 27^8 dated November 10, 195>3» between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Pardee “Phillips of Las Vegas, a general partnership consisting of Gifford Phillips Wood Products, Inc., George M. Pardee, Jr. of Las Vegas, Inc., Hoyt S. Pardee of Las Vegas, Inc., and J. Douglas Pardee of Las Vegas, Inc., called "Subdivider", providing: 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct: (a) Approximately 5060 LF of 8" cast iron water mains. (b) Approximately 1|530 LF of 6 " cast iron water mains. (c) Approximately 120 LF of 6" fire hydrant cbnnections to serve Francisco Park Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers located within said Subdiv-ision taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of 10 years from date of completion of said installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $35s>0£7 °00, whichever first occurs. 3« Company to own said water mains. I).. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments for said pipe lines to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill of Sale, Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
