Electric Railway Company, for a consideration of $25*00, an easement for railroad purposes over, along and across certain land described therein, situated in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, grantor reserving general right to itself, its successors and assigns, to use and to permit others to use, the lands described therein for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement granted, subject to all conditions, limitations, restrictions, easements, encumbrances or interests of any person which may affect the said land, easement granted shall revert to Grantor when Grantee ceases to use land for railroad purposes; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. 15175, dated June 11, 1965 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Williams Waterproofing & Painting Co., covering the furnishing of all supervision, labor, tools, machinery, materials and all other items required to make repairs to Las Vegas Land and Water Company’s warehouse facilities located at 437 (453) North Mission Road, occupied by Wilbur-Ellis Co. under Contract Audit 9323, expiring January 31, 1966, and 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, occupied by Eckdahl Warehouse Company under Contract Audit 10969, expiring April 9, 1969, consideration $4,017.00, work to be completed within 150 days from June 11, 1965; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
