    wm ’’Change Order No. 4 extended the contract completion date to July 1, 1956 and all work under the original contract was essentially complete on that date. However, numerous minor items of extra work were subsequently added to the contract which held up final completion of the work. Proposed Change Order No. 7, which if approved, would extend the contract time to October 29, 1956, is enclosed herewith. In order to make the final adjustments in the contract price, another change order will be prepared within the next few days. Yours very truly, JAMES M. MONTGOMERY Consulting Engineer /s/ R. C. KENMIR" A motion was duly made by Director Cornwall, seconded by Director Coulthard, and unanimously approved by the six Directors present, that Contract Specification No. 17 be accepted and that Change Order No. 7 be approved as recommended by the Engineer. SALARY ADJUSTMENTS - RECOMMENDATION BY MANAGER Manager Renshaw recommended salary adjustments for several employees, some of whom had assumed added responsibility with a rearrangement of work. Following a brief discussion, a motion was duly made by Director Cornwall, seconded by Director Miller, and unanimously carried by the six Directors present, that the following adjustments in monthly salaries be approved: Arabelle Brown to $335 Monte Davis to $550 Mary Lou Holmes to $310 Mildred Goforth to $310 Joe Laming to $435 Frank Doyle to $700 Mary Jean Barozzi to $410 PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT Hie Manager requested authority to purchase a Sunstrand adding machine at $354*60. He explained that identical quotations had been obtained on Monroe and Sunstrand machines, but that the Chief Accountant preferred Sunstrand. A motion was duly made by Director Thorn, seconded by Director Rosevear, and unanimously approved by the six Directors present, that the Manager be authorized to purchase a Sunstrand adding machine at $354*60. A discussion followed relative to purchase of Contoura-Constat photo­copying equipment at a price of $175* At the suggestion of President Campbell it was agreed to check other photocopying equipment, since he had use Contours equipment in his office and it had not proved satisfactory. SPECIFICATION NO. 4. SCHEDULE II. CHARLESTON HEIGHTS RESERVOIR - LEMBKE-CLOUGH & KING The Board considered the following letter from Attorney Bruce Beckley relative to settlement of liquidated damages under contract Specification No. 4» Schedule II, Lembke-Clough and King.
