BOND ISSUE Commissioner Peccole moved that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare notices Question on Ballot for publication as soon as the law allows, informing the public that it is the intention of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas to place on the ballot at the next General Election to be held May 5, 1953, the question as to whether bonds should be issued in the sum of $900,000.00 to finance a sewer main outfall sewer construction program; further that the City Clerk is hereby directed to have said publications made in accordance with the law governing the same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Jarrett. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, the meeting adjourn.
