To c la rify the boundaries of this area, we are en­closing herewith plats of F a irv ie w Tract, 14th Street City Addition and the R e ­plat of Grandview Addition upon which there is outlined in red the boundaries of the housing project and in blue the w ater pipe lines of the Las Yegas Land and Water Company. As recited in our supplemental letter of May 11, 1953, the final orders of condemnation contained a recita l to the effect that the condemnation was subject to existing easements fo r the purpose of constructing and maintaining water pipe lines and mains. How ever, we believe the following water pipe lines do not fa ll under this classification due to there being no re c o rd of a grant of easement nor a proper dedication to the C ity of Las Vegas for street or a lley covering the property on which said pipe lines exist; and, th erefore, w ere not included within "existin g easem entsM at the date of said orders;
