Erlich of Erlich and Johnson, meat dis­tributors, with reference to possibility of spur trade service to the Vollman Tract, Erlich plans to ship in about 150 oars per year from the East and to construct a $250,000 warehouse 100* x 140* • I enclose print of the Vollman Tract and have outlined in red a proposed site* Will you kindly look it over and advise if the eurvature would permit service to the site shows, providing a lead trade is eonstruetsd over the underpass sometime In the future.
