Ritter ) Murray Vollman, who owns a tract of land Just south of Charleston Boulevard and vest of our main line, sailed at the office yesterday with Hr. Erlich of Erlich and Johnson, meat distributors, with reference to possibility of spur trade service to the Vollman Tract, Erlich plans to ship in about 150 oars per year from the East and to construct a $250,000 warehouse 100* x 140* • I enclose print of the Vollman Tract and have outlined in red a proposed site* Will you kindly look it over and advise if the eurvature would permit service to the site shows, providing a lead trade is eonstruetsd over the underpass sometime In the future.
