Oakey Gentlemens Acknowledging your letter March 30 concerning the various agreements between our respective companies covering refunds of cost of installing pipe lines in Huntrldge subdivision. Please refer to ay letter March 6 and furnish me with the Information to reply to the various questions listed therein. Regarding Unit Mo. 3, we find 175 houses have been constructed as required by terms of the agreement. So you wish us to prepare Mill of Male covering these pipe lines for your execution? Concerning Unit Mo. 6 you will note our agreement profldee for the constructing of 44 houses. The question ie whether you wish ue to proceed with preparation of a supplementary agreement to cover refund on the basis of 36/44ths of the coet? Concerning Unit Mo. 3, If you will kindly refer to agreement NLV-1027 you will note that agreement provides for completion of eleven more houses on Lots 1 to 3, Inc. - Block 4 Lots 9 to 11, lnc.« Block: 3 Lots 13 to IS, Inc.-Block 5
