I, Wiakstrora • Omaha Referring to your letters dated October 20th, and December 31# 1953# file 88-7 and 139-12 relative to disposition of transite water pipe and couplings carried on hand on Railroad Company inventory, Las Vegas, Nevada, for which you show a total value of 82,837*34. I have written the Las Vegas Valley Water District inquiring as to whether they wish to acquire ownership to all or any part of the materials listed in attachment to your letter of October 20th, and will advise you further when I have received their reply and the question as to whether this material will be transferred to them when the sale takes place is finally settled.
