    PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Sharp moved the Regular Payroll Warrant Nos. 38888 - 39485 in the net amount of $88,006.59, and Overtime Payroll Warrant Nos. 39486 - 39494 in the net amount of $168.73, for the pay period from August 1 - August 15, 1959, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye: noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Elwell. SERVICE AND MATERIAL Commissioner Whipple moved Service and Material Warrant Nos. 2290 - 2454 in the WARRANTS amount of $146,197.25, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye: noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Elwell.
