Water Company hereby remises, releases and quitclaims unto the Railroad Companies all right, title and inter­est acquired by the Water Company under and pursuant t© that cer­tain easement dated August 18, 1947, from Railroad Companies to Water Company, identified as Union Pacific Contract Audit No.67368 and Water Company Contract Audit No. 10409, for an 8-inch cast-iron pipe line for the conveyance of water upon and across the land of the Railroad Companies referred to in said easement; and all rights and obligations of any party hereto under said easement accruing subsequent to the effective date hereof shall be, and the same are, hereby terminated. That certain agreement dated September 15, 1932, between Salt Lake' Company and Water Company, identified as Salt Lake Com­pany Contract Audit No. 8727# which granted to the Water Company license to maintain and operate certain water pipe lines under and across the property of the Salt Lake Company at Las Vegas, Nevada, and which was last extended for a term ending June 30, 1957# by a-greement between the Water Company and the Railroad Companies dat­ed May 20, 1952, identified as Union Pacific Contract Audit No. 8727-4, shall be, and the same hereby is, terminated upon the ef­fective date hereof; provided, however, that such termination shall 12.
