I agree.MEMO TO THE COMPANY The Commission has, after a somewhat thorough investigation of the water resources in the Las Vegas Valley, come to the conclusion that the peak of supply of available water has probably been-reached* Any extensions in the quantity to be made available for use in Las Vegas must come from wells already drilled and acquired by purchase if the total flow now appropriated and used is not to be diminished. This means that there must be a very definite curtailment in the individual use of water. "It just cannot be wasted anymore."
