RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Water rates shall be due and payable on the f ir s t day of each month fo r water furnished during the previous month. 2. I f said water rates are not paid by the 15th day of the month in which they become due, they shall become delinquent and a charge of twenty-five cents ($.25) shall thereupon be added to suoh b i l l . Notice of such delinquency w ill be given to the consumer personally or by mall, and i f the amount of such of the water rates together with the delinquent charge is not paid w ithin five days from the date of such personal notice, or within five days from the date of mailing such notice, the Company w ill discontinue the service to such delinquent consumer u n til said amount Is paid, together with the sum of $1,00 fo r reconnecting its service. 3. Where two or more services supply the same premises or consumer, each w ill be rated as separate service. 4. Where two or more classes of consumers are served by one service, each class w ill be separately rated. 5. Water rates or charges w ill be charged fo r a ll services, except apartments, bungalow courts, and auto cabins, whether the premises are occupied or not, u n til service shall be, in w ritin g , ordered discontinued. 6. Water rates and charges shall be oharged against the owner of the premises served.
