No have also transmitted to the Bank three originals of Amendment to Sserew Instructions which reduce the Preliminary purchase Price by $18,633.79# provided the transfer of the water system is completed on July 1, 195*. It is estimated that an additional saving of $4600,00 will be made by the District in the final purchase price, or a total of $23,833*79 if the District takes advan* tags of the offer of the Water Company to waive these amounts provided the transfer is made on July 1, 1954. Nr. L. R. Naag will havo avallablo for do* livery to you at Las Vegas, at any time between June 88th and July 1st, 1954, all of the doeumants and pro* party raferred to in Exhibit liQn attached to the Agree* ment dated June 1, 1953# botwoon the Railroad Companies# the Water Company and the District for the sale of the Las Vegas watsr system.
