Las Vegas - July 22, 1952 W 23-1-95 Mr. Wm. Reinhardt - Los Angeles M\\- 4,0 Herewith duplicate originals of letter of understanding, NLD No. 2592., dated July 18, 1952 with Longley Construction Co. Inc., covering construction of water mains, rearrangements of existing lines and installation of check valves, etc., incident to construction of pressure system, West Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada. The agreement and bond attached thereto , have been e.xecuted by the Construction Company and I recommend execution by the Water Company. Mr. Cory advises the document may be executed by you'. Work covered by this agreement was authorized by LVL&WCo WO No. 696.
