No. 12197-1, Assignment of Agreement, dated August 13, 19^9, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company assigns to Anson E. Murphy and Herbert P. Murphy, all right, title and interest of the Land Company in and to Agreement, LVL&WGo. Contract Audit No. 10802, dated April 20, 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and The Texas Company, covering construction, maintenance and operation of a 6-inch gas pipe line near Spring Street and east of California Avenue, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
