    % On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 2081|-1, dated June 22, 1953» extending to and including July 3 1 , 1958, term of lease agreement Audit No.l0l|62, dated July 23» 191+8, expiring July 31» 1953» covering overhead wire crossing at Las Vegas, Nevada, with Southern Nevada Power Co., rental $25.00 for term, payable in advance; subject to termination by either party upon sixty days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement "N"L.D. 2691, dated June 30, 1953» between LVL&WCo., called "Company", and Federal Homes Development Co., Inc., called "Subdivider", providing: 1. Subdivider at its expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to construct approximately 3 LF of 8" and approximately 3088 LF of 6" cast iron water mains and approx­imately 80 LF of 6" cast iron fire protection laterals for 8 hydrants to serve Hyde Park Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at quarterly intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by It from customers located within Hyde Park Sub­division No. 2, taking service from the water lines so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said Installation or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed sum of $35»582.00, whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water main; -2-
