m Company's Original 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 "N"L„DQ 2701 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER®A*- A G R E E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the day of . 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "company," Party of the First Part, and RICHARD T0LEN0, doing business as PARADISE PARK, whose place of business is 900 South 5th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter Called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Paradise Park, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 89 of Plats, Clark County Recorder's Office, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
