Hesse be and he is hereby declared to be the duly elected Mayor of the City of Las Vegas for the ensuing two years, and be it further RESOLVED that the city clerk be and she is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to the said J.F. Hesse. Voting on said Resolution, Commissioners Anderson, Elwell, and Matzdorf, and His Honor the Mayor, Aye. Noes, none. It appearing to the Board that W.B. Mundy has received the majority of all votes cast for the office of Commissioner of the First Class of the City of Las Vegas, be it THEREFORE RESOLVED on motion of Commissioner Elwell, seconded by Commissioner Matzdorf, that the said W.B.
